How does Hypnotherapy work?I describe Hypnotherapy as a ‘meditation with goals’. During a session, I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing your mind to become more open to positive suggestions. From there, I’ll use a variety of techniques tailored to your specific needs, including visualisations, to help shift limiting beliefs and tap into your full potential.

How much does it cost?Your first session is up to 90 minutes - this includes a full consultation, ending with a relaxing hypnotherapy session. This is £119. All follow up sessions are up to 1 hour at £99.

How long until I see results?This varies and is different for each individual, but typically you can expect to experience changes within 2-4 sessions.

Is it scary?No, hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation. You remain fully in control and aware throughout the process. You will not do anything against your will or values.

What if I can't be hypnotised?Most people can enter a light state of hypnosis, which is sufficient for most types of therapeutic work. It’s a collaborative process, and I’ll work with you to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed.

Do I need to prepare before the session?No special preparation is needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to engage in the process. The more motivated you are, the more likely it will be that you achieve your desired goal.
